摘要： 尽管国家鼓励和支持高校毕业生前往基层就业，基层就业也逐渐成为高校毕业生重要的就业选择之一，但是目前对我国大学生基层就业的基本特征或发展趋势进行全面讨论的相关研究还较为缺乏。鉴于此，本文基于北京大学教育学院/教育经济研究所于2003年至2017年之间所开展的8次全国高校毕业生抽样调查的数据，针对我国高校毕业生选择基层就业的整体状况进行统计分析，归纳出我国基层就业毕业生在来源分布、学历层次、工作单位分布、工作满意度、起薪状况以及教育匹配程度等七方面的主要特征与变化趋势，并提出了相应的改进策略。

Abstract: Based on the statistical data of eight sample surveys of college graduates conducted by the Institute of Economics of Education of Peking University in 2003, 2005, 2007, 2009, 2011, 2013, 2015 and 2017, this study aims to describe the situation and trends of college graduates grass-root employment. It has summarizes seven characteristics and trends of primary employment of college graduates in China, and provides some corresponding policy implications.
