摘要： 本文首先阐明了构建教室文化的紧迫性和必要性，认为教室文化是学生学习得到保障的权利文化，是学生学习有效开展的最基础条件，只有改造教室文化，才能摆脱教育改革的困境。其次，本文从学生生理和身体发展、认知和情感发展、道德和公民性发展、个性和社会性发展、健康与安全发展、艺术和审美发展等角度，对教室文化的内涵进行了构建；接着讨论了促进教师专业意识变革和学生学习变革的教室文化的价值；最后提出了基于学校文化、教师自我知识形成、学科和学段、信息技术等教室文化构建的路径。

Abstract: The article makes the proposition of urgency and necessity of building the classroom culture in support of the education reform. It first constructs the connotation of the classroom culture, then discusses the values of building the classroom culture, and finally puts forwards the approaches to building culture of the classroom.
