摘要: 现代学校治理需要完善的制度。任何制度都有其伦理之维,这就需要从制度伦理的视角来审视学校治理中制度安排的伦理正当性。一种制度只有具备了伦理上的正当性,才会是一种良善制度。然而,在工具理性与功利主义的影响下,效率取代德性成为评判学校优劣的标准。学校为了追求效率,在制度安排上出现了一种追求标准化、强调控制的"非人化"治理倾向,从而造成了一种学校生活的去道德化危机。面对这种危机,人们需要关注良善制度对学校治理的重要价值,只有良善制度才能保障学校实现一种善治。良善制度是善治的支撑性因素,它要以关照人的存在为人性前提,以合乎正义精神为价值基础,以理性协商为形成机制。

Abstract: Every institution has its ethical dimension, which requires reviewing the ethical legitimacy of school structures from the perspective of institutional ethics. Only when an institution is equipped with ethical legitimacy can it be a good one. However, under the influence of instrumental rationality and utilitarianism, efficiency, rather than morality, acts as the criteria for assessing schools. In pursuit of efficiency, schools tend to adopt a control-focused ‘dehumanized’ standardization, causing a ‘demoralizing education’ in school life. To cope with this crisis, people should take into consideration the great value of good institution in school life. Good institution is the best way to protect school life, as it gives human existence higher priority, takes justice spirit as the ethical base, and rational dialogue as the ethical system.
