Abstract:
陶冶成才观是贯穿在王安石整个教育思想中的红线和突出主题。王安石基于历史教训与变法需要,构建了集“教”、“养”、“取”、“任”诸环节于一体的人才学说,形成了基础在教育的比较完备的人才理论体系。王安石的陶冶成才观及实践具有深刻的理论价值和现实意义。
