的脑科学发展对于学校心理健康教育起到十分重要的促进作用。近二、三十年来,脑科学和神经科学的研究取得了许多重大的进展,吸引了心理学家和教育工作者的极大关注。本文提示脑科学研究的进展对学校心理健康教育有着以下几个方面的启示:(1)大脑皮质的构造与人格的发展有着紧密的关连性;(2)脑干部的前庭神经系统的异常会导致儿童多动症问题的产生;(3)人体的大脑生物钟对心理健康的维护十分重要;(4)应该加强对脑内化学物质“行为分子”和“情绪中枢”的探索。因此我们必须大力注意保护儿童的脑功能和心理健康。
