The Correlative Principle’s Practical Value and its Limits in the Distributions of School Resources

Abstract: When we distribute some educational resources in school ,Equal Principle , Different Principle and Compensatory Principle seldom help us to settle the problems. Otherwise , Correlative Principle not only possesses strong feasibility of realities , can help to maintenance the independence of schools , and help to realize the maximal benefits of the distributing of the resources. Of course , there are two dangers in Correlative Principle: one is the predomination of “dominating good ”,the other is the stinking of the Maximal Principle. Therefore ,we should pay attention to treat them dialecticly in reality.
