敏感期的神经可塑性机制研究

摘要: 敏感期是指大脑的结构或者功能容易受到特定刺激影响的阶段。敏感期的可塑性机制有轴突的精化、突触的形成与消除、突触的巩固三种。敏感期的启动要达到三个条件:(1)必须提供精确可靠的信息。(2)神经回路必须有适当的兴奋与抑制连接。(3)必须激活神经回路的可塑性机制。敏感期的结束机制也与可塑性的机制有关。

Abstract: Sensitive periods refers to that the anatomy and function of brain is ready to be changed due to the specific stimuli. The elaboration of axon, the formation,elimination and consolidation of synapse are the plasticity mechanism during the sensitive periods. The circuit must receive reliable and precise information, and have the adequate connectivity and activate the mechanisms of plasticity in order to open the sensitive periods.
