论学生发展能达到的境界——基于“新基础教育”学生工作改革实践的研究

摘要: 学生工作领域内涵着丰富的育人价值,整体培养着学生的综合素养。就形成学生创生性的行为方式而言,它促进学生学会策划与综合创生,学会践行与动态生成,学会反思、重建与行为质量的自我提升。就提升学生复杂性的思维品质而言,多元丰富滋养出学生思维的“理性”,自主实践滋养出学生思维的“自我”性,实践体验滋养出学生思维的“过程”性。就滋养学生富有生成力的精神品质而言,学生工作促成着学生去“信任•希望•充满感情”,“理解•关怀•满怀感恩”和“开放•进取•充满活力”。学生工作还综合性地发展着学生的学习力。

Abstract: The field of students work involves rich education value and can cultivate the comprehensive quality of students as a whole. As far as the formation of the creative behavior pattern of students, students work can stimulate students to learn planning and integrated creation, fullfill their ideas and dynamic generation, and learn to reflect, rebuild and elevate their behavior qualities on their own. In terms of exercising the complex minds of students, diversity and abundance nourish the rationality of students’ thoughts, independent practice nourishes the ego of students’ thoughts, experience in action nurtures the students’ procedural thoughts. As for the spirital quality of production of students is concerned, the students work leads the students to "trust • hope • be full of feelings", "Understand • care • be full of gratitude" and "be open • be Aggressive • be dynamic". Besides, students work can comprehensively enhance the learning ability of students.
