本文探讨了在现场管理和学校重建的过程中,教师、校长和督学三方对领导角色看法的相同和不同之处。文章从定量研究和定性研究的实际操作出发,从知识技能和价值观三方面总结出了领导理论的二因素模式和四因素模式,并探讨了两种模式之间的关系。
