作者简介:唐纳德·穆寨尔拉(Donald Musella)教授，1965年获纽约州立大学教育学博士学位。做过中学教师、校长，中小学助理督导。1980~ 1982年任多伦多大学教育学院国际教育处处长; 1987 ~1990年任该院行政研究中心主任。自1968年任该院教育管理系教授至今, 并于1985年起任该系主任, 此外，1986~1987年，任加拿大培训与开发学会(CSTD)会长。|穆塞尔拉教授的研究范围广泛, 涉及包括:学校教育制度、课程计划的制定和实施、个别阅读和教育管理研究、教育管理的临床分析、教育弱统高级行政官员作用的变迁.开放教育与在职培训规划.等等教育管理的许多领堿:著述頗丰, 发表论文、技术性报告、书评等多篇, 为23部书擂写过章节, 出版了7部专著。
