学校资源分配中“相关原则”的实践意义及其限度

摘要: 在学校资源分配实践中,同等原则、差异原则和补偿原则等伦理学原则因不能提供判断和选择多种特殊价值,实践指导意义较弱。相较之下,“相关原则”的实践意义更为鲜明,既有助于维护学校在资源分配中的独立自主性,也有助于实现资源分配的效益最大化。当然,这一原则也存在着双重危险:“支配性善”的独断专行和利益最大化原则的过度张扬。为此,我们在实践中应注意辩证地把握这一原则的实践限度。

Abstract: When we distribute some educational resources in school ,Equal Principle , Different Principle and Compensatory Principle seldom help us to settle the problems. Otherwise , Correlative Principle not only possesses strong feasibility of realities , can help to maintenance the independence of schools , and help to realize the maximal benefits of the distributing of the resources. Of course , there are two dangers in Correlative Principle: one is the predomination of “dominating good ”,the other is the stinking of the Maximal Principle. Therefore ,we should pay attention to treat them dialecticly in reality.
