人性的教育学立场

摘要:

哲学人性论的本体论立场消解人性的具体复杂性,客体化立场否认人性的主体选择性,“预成立场” 遮蔽人性发展过程,“均质立场”抑制人性的升华,对解决教育场域中的人性问题具有局限性。教育工作者应确立人性的教育学立场,即生命立场,复杂取向;主体立场,实践取向;生成立场,过程取向;价值立场,超越取向。从教育学立场看,人性是以先天的遗传和发育为基础,个体在生命成长历程中逐步生成、发展和完善的内在特性。它的形成和发展主要取决于个体在后天环境中的人生实践与自我选择,可能丰盈也可能枯槁,可能上升也可能堕落。教育对人性发展之可为与应为在于:尊重人性,顺势导引;化育人性,启发自觉;提升人性,引领超越。

Abstract: Ontology standpoint of philosophy on humanity dispels its individuality and complexity; object standpoint negates human’s choose right to it; pre-decided standpoint screens its development process, equalization standpoint restricts its sublimation. All of these make philosophical humanity theory have some limitations on solving educational problems. Educational workers should establish standpoint of pedagogy on humanity, that is standpoint of life which pay close attention to its complexities; standpoint of subject which think highly of life practice; generative standpoint which pay close attention to its development process; standpoint of value which think highly of its sublimation. From the standpoint of pedagogy, humanity is human’s inherent character that produces, develops and perfects progressively in the course of individual life’s journey on the basis of congenital genetic factors and growth. It is mainly decided by individual life practice and self-choice in postnatal environment, could be enriched or shriveled, be sublimated or degenerated. What education can and should do is to pay respect to the realities of humanity and lead it; transform, cultivate it and enlighten students’ consciousness raising to it; sublimate it and guide students to transcend themselves.
