我国院校评估指标体系研究 
——从影响本科教学质量因素的视角

摘要: 通过问卷调查,我们发现,在新时期影响院校教学质量的因素中,教学“硬件条件”因素退居二线,而学校办学定位、人才培养目标、专业培养方案、课程设置与课堂教学等“软性因素”更加重要。我们认为,我国构建院校评估指标体系应遵循以下几个基本原则:以多元而统一的质量观为指导思想,心影响院校教学质量的因素为主要是内容,以指标的有效性为基本要求,以成果检验—学生学习效果为出发点和落脚点。

Abstract: Institutional evaluation in China has been carried out for nearly 20 years. The development of the evaluation criteria system has undergone three stages. Based on the analysis of institutional evaluation criteria system in the past 20 years, this article examines the factors influencing the undergraduate teaching quality through designed questionnaire, and offers a statistical analysis of the data. It then identifies some general rules through factor analysis, and finally put forwards some general principles on which Chinese institutional evaluation criteria system could be built in the new era.
