摘要:
PISA衍生品与金融衍生品具有诸多相似之处,已成为国际教育评价发展的重要趋势,正潜移默化地重塑着全球教育治理的图景。其影响体现在用市场经济逻辑替代教育育人规律、PISA参评需求背离国别教育实境需要、教育发展自主性与多样性受阻碍等方面。通过逻辑置换、需求扭曲、价值侵蚀三种演进路径,PISA衍生品正在加深全球教育治理的结构性短视化、去地域化与依附化倾向。面对这样的系统性功利化挑战,新时代全球教育治理体系的共建共治迫切需要重新审视人文性、包容性与平等性的价值功能,通过国际教育评价模式的革新进而引领释放全球教育治理现代化的潜能。
