重启教育改革议程的合理性分析

摘要: 重启教育改革的议程,是对起始于20世纪80年代第一阶段教育改革的支持、肯定与超越。重启教育改革议程的合理性和必要性体现在三个方面:教育改革的支持力量需要再次积聚,这是重启教育改革的社会基础;教育改革面对的顽固性难题需要继续攻克,这是重启教育改革的动力基础;教育改革的运行方式需要转换,这是重启教育改革的体制基础。

关键词: 教育改革, 重启改革, 改革合理性

Abstract: Restarting the education reform agenda implies the support, affirmation and transcendence of the first stage of the education reform starting from the 1980s. Its rationality and necessity are reflected in three aspects: firstly, the support for education reform needs to accumulate again, which is the social foundation for restarting education reform; secondly, the intractable problems with the education reform need to be overcome, which is the power basis for restarting education reform; thirdly, the operation modes of the education reform need to be transformed, which is the systematic foundation for restarting education reform.
